Mom Health Multiple Sclerosis: ‘MS Life Itself’ Amazon Prime store
What are the benefits to changing your diet to eating more veggies and lifestyle change to include more exercise to your daily activity? It turns out it’s a lot. M.S. symptoms improve when you change your diet to eat whole foods, plus fish. I learned through Instagram I am not the only one who works with my M.S. symptoms this way
With all honesty going back to where this research was first discovered is important. That is where my story begins. I found an article in the Lancet, which spoke of a way to reduce your M.S. progression through a 30 g of fat, low-fat diet study conducted by Dr. Roy L. Swank. 1999. In this 34-year study, he found fat consumption determined your M.S progression. Dr. R. I Swank had multiple sclerosis himself and he died at 98 years old. Learning of Dr. Swank death age was the discovery that convinced me the most about his diet. Dr. Swank practiced and lived a good life having M.S. Science has been catching up since Dr. Swank pivotal study. Three years after his article was published the first medical drug was created for M.S. Dr. George Jelinek who worked with Swank continue M.S. research in Australia. He has a medical facility to help inform and prepare M.S. patients to combat M.S.
Below is a presentation by George Jelinek about R. L. Swank study
